Kelly is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for the Western Bulldogs overseeing the Club's brand, communications, digital, events and fan engagement areas. She is also playing a lead role in the establishment of the Club's new Women's team.

Previously, Kelly was GM Stadium, Consumer & Community at Gold Coast SUNS. In that role, Kelly managed all consumer facets of the Gold Coast SUNS from grassroots integration through to the elite game, including all consumer product development and marketing focusing on innovation as a key driver. Additionally, Kelly also managed Metricon Stadium, ensuring there was a clear focus on the door to door experience for all customers not only for AFL but all stadium events.

Kelly has a demonstrated ability in every core aspect of business including innovative strategic planning, stakeholder management, financial management and people management. She is a strong leader and passionate about building other great managers and leaders in the business.

Having completed the AFL's inaugural Senior Female Leadership program, Kelly is also a strong advocate for encouraging more women and girls to become involved in AFL at every level of the game.

Kelly's career highlights include;

  • Launching two products from scratch - Nova 100 and the Gold Coast SUNS
  • Managing a Stadium ensuring customer innovation was always a key focus
  • Involvement in the Western Bulldogs' first AFL Premiership in 62 years and maximising the success commercially
  • Launching one of eight inaugural AFLW teams including transforming the Club's spiritual home of VU Whitten Oval into a mecca of community and elite sport
