Anthony Mozzicato joined the Miami Dolphins in August 2016.
Prior to the Dolphins, Anthony Mozzicato was Director of Guest Experience at Kansas City Royals for almost four years. He directly oversaw all guest services and experience initiatives for the Royals and led the Royals in guest services training and service recognition for all front office and stadium event staff which includes service partner staff. In his role, Anthony oversaw the guest relations and ambassadors staff who assist guests on game days. In addition, Anthony engaged with Royals fans, staff and visiting guests on a daily and game-by-game basis for their feedback as an effort to continuously improve the ballpark experience and enhance all services provided at Kauffman Stadium.
Prior to joining the Kansas City Royals, Anthony served over two years in numerous positions for Sporting Park (Kansas City, Kansas), a new 18,500 seat professional soccer venue for MLS Sporting Kansas City, as the Director of Fan Experience and Events Operations Manager directly overseeing all guest services staff and event operations for the stadium.
Prior to joining Sporting Park, Anthony served as the Stadium Manager for FIU Stadium (Miami, Florida) from 2008 to 2011 and as the Assistant Arena Manager for Florida Gulf Coast University (Fort Myers, Florida) from 2007 to 2008.
Anthony graduated in 2007 from the University of South Florida (Tampa, Florida) with a B.S. in Business Administration. While a student at USF, he assisted the athletics department and the Tampa Bay Sports Commission from 2004 to 2007 as an intern. Anthony also served as a Spring Training Bat Boy and Clubhouse Attendant for the Texas Rangers in 2002 when the team was located in Port Charlotte, Florida. He has over ten years of experience in the sports facility and events industry.
